    Great that there is finally an update to this game because I stopped playing it was so boring, but my download packs won't download! How do I get them to download? Every time I go into the game I get asked if I want to download – I say yes – and I get the little bubbles indicating that its supposed to be doing something – but nothing is downloading! FRUSTRATING! Could you tell me what I need to do to fix this please?

    No download pack and the game keeps crashing when I try to visit my friends or send them gifts – if I manage to get them displayed at all after 5 minutes of "connecting". Connecting to what, prey? My internet connection works perfectly.
