This is the official blog for the Nordic & Baltic office at Gameloft. We are located in Copenhagen, Denmark, and we’re working with the wonderful world of Gameloft games in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Estonia, Lithuania & Latvia. Most of the text on this blog will be in English, but occasionally some Swedish or Danish may occur.
To participate in our contests and competitions you need to live in one of the Nordic or Baltic countries, and different rules and restrictions may occur depending on technical restrictions and local partnerships. Don’t hesitate to write a comment if you have any questions. We understand questions and comments in Norwegian, Danish, Swedish and English.
For specific support questions, the easiest and fastest way to get a response is to access the customer care menu in the regarding game (then they will know your device, os & user data right away). If you have any troubles with this, you’ll also find the customer care on the web here (there’s also a form you can fill out if you don’t find your answer right away). You can also check out our forums to see if you’re problem might have an easy and fast solution.
For android purchases on our own portal we have a local customer care in Sweden & Denmark. Call them, and they answer Mon-Fri, and they speak local languages.
