N.O.V.A. on iPad

Gameloft presented N.O.V.A. Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance on iPad at the January 2010 Apple Keynote. Discover the new features of this iconic FPS game on the new Apple device:

- Two Finger Touch Control – you can use throw a grenade using a hand gesture with two fingers as an enemy approaches. The gesture controls the elevation of the throw; the direction is taken from the target position

-  Three Finger Touch Control – you can open doors with a 3 finger rotation hand gesture

- Minimap -there will be a live minimap in the game as you play, you can move the minimap on the screen by dragging it, change the size of the map by dragging the corners and switch off the minimap

- New system called MTA – stands for Multi Target Acquisition. If you have multiple enemies approaching you can utilize the MTA which will cover the screen with a grid, you touch the screen to target which and how many enemies to attack and then it unleashes gunfire and kills all at the same time.

With a larger screen, greater precision and more intuitive touch controls, the iPad should provide more advanced and creative games packed with better graphics and innovative gameplay. Can’t wait to try it myself!!!
