Samsung are looking into the mobile website error. Thanks 🙂

I would like to know how to redeem them since there is no “Voucher Code” link on your website, as the email says.

  8. On February 7th, 2011 at 1:18 pm Callum Says:

@Ryo visit the link: and fill in your details to redeem the entertainment package.

  9. On February 9th, 2011 at 6:32 pm Ryo Says:

I already visited it and got the vouchers. The movies one works, the other one for the games… I’ve no idea of where to go! I went to the 100% games app as Samsung said to me but there’s no “Voucher Code” link 😛

  10. On February 12th, 2011 at 6:27 pm Chris Says:

    Keeps saying wrong code 🙁

  11. On February 13th, 2011 at 2:12 am Ben Says:

I also have vouchers, have received text with link but it just takes me to the normal page where i couldn’t find the 100% games app and like Ryo says there is no “Voucher Code” link. WTF ?

  12. On February 14th, 2011 at 1:44 pm Callum Says:

There was an issue with the text message being sent… send the text again “Galaxy S” or “Galaxys” to the number in the mail – it’ll send you a link to a different store (when you’ve installed it, if you see both a Samsung logo and a Gameloft logo you’re in the right place).

hi , ive followed the above and the email i get back says

and theres no app or voucher code entry on the page. help please

  14. On February 15th, 2011 at 3:16 pm bev Says:

Ive downloaded link twice. It takes sme to Camelot HD Games for Samsung Galaxy S but no voucher code at the bottom of the page

  15. On February 16th, 2011 at 11:08 am Callum Says:

Once you’ve downloaded the app from the SMS message (app link is displayed as in the SMS) it should be called “100% games” and has a green icon w/ silver controller.

Inside that application you’ll see a screen like this: – w/ a link to “Voucher Codes” either at the top or the bottom of the app. You can then input the code from your email into this.

If you’re still having problems after this, contact support by emailing

  16. On February 16th, 2011 at 11:11 am Callum Says:

Note that you have to visit via this specific app (100% games) which was linked to via the SMS message in order to see the voucher code entry box. Visiting directly via web or a previously downloaded Gameloft store bookmark won’t work.

Ive tried again and when I go to the link on text it changes from to wapshop.gameloft and takes me to Camelot HP Games. The only link at bottom is a black and yellow console which is a download for bookmark app

  18. On February 16th, 2011 at 3:57 pm simon Says:

and like Bev , i download the app – which then takes me back to the very same page , eve after clearing browser history and no i dont have gameloft book marked.

  19. On February 16th, 2011 at 5:43 pm Ben Says:

    same as Bev and Simon,

100% app takes straight to – with no “Voucher Code” link.

(mine does not go to Camelot)

think its time to call Samsung – here is the number 01932454358
